Quotes and acceptance
Quotes are based on information you provide. Misstated weight, dimensions, commodity class or site constraints may result in revised pricing or declined carriage.
A booking is accepted when we confirm in writing (email or other written advice). We may decline bookings that are unsafe, non-compliant, or beyond available capacity.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate cargo descriptions, complete dangerous goods documentation where required, and ensure goods are ready for collection at agreed times. Receivers must be able to accept delivery as described.
You are responsible for insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit, production stoppage, or contractual penalties you owe to your customers.
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited under our consignment terms and applicable carriage legislation (including conventions and domestic laws as relevant) unless higher limits are agreed in writing before transit.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be notified promptly in writing with supporting documentation. Delay claims require evidence of causation and agreed service standards referenced in the booking.
We will investigate claims in good faith within reasonable timeframes.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, logos and branding remain our property. You may not reproduce content for commercial use without permission.
You grant us a licence to use information you provide for the purpose of performing services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
